Victor Díaz Jr. is the creator of Luxury MindFit™, a workforce engineering system built to bring clarity, consistency, and science-backed structure to hospitality talent management. Born in the Dominican Republic and trained in the United States, Victor has spent more than two decades leading Operations, Project Management, IT, and Analytics teams inside Fortune 100 organizations—solving performance problems with better systems, not more training.

After experiencing and studying the talent challenges unique to Dominican hospitality, he developed the Luxury MindFit™ approach: a trait-based, behavior-reinforcing workforce model that gives hotels a predictable way to hire, coach, align, and elevate their people. It is global operational rigor applied to Caribbean reality.

Today, Victor leads CuriousLenz Dominicana SRL with one purpose:
